How it started
Her story
Felicia didn't choose physiotherapy by chance. Growing up, she lived with asthma — not something most people think of as a physical therapy problem. But a physiotherapist she saw as a young adult introduced her to breathing techniques and movement patterns that quietly changed everything about how she felt in her own body.
That experience stayed with her. She saw, firsthand, how a skilled clinician could reach past symptoms and find the thread that pulls everything else together. She went on to complete her Bachelor's and then her Master's in Physiotherapy, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation — but dry needling became the discipline she returned to again and again, because of its precision and its ability to unlock things other approaches miss.
Today, with over ten years of clinical practice behind her, Felicia brings that same attentiveness to every patient she sees at Pinpoint. The goal is always the same: understand what's really happening, explain it clearly, and help you move through it well.
