01How it started

Her story.

A physiotherapist by conviction, not by default. Felicia found her calling the same way most of her patients find her — after a body kept asking a question no-one would answer.

Felicia didn't choose physiotherapy by chance. Growing up, she lived with asthma — not something most people think of as a physical therapy problem. But a physiotherapist she saw as a young adult introduced her to breathing techniques and movement patterns that quietly changed everything about how she felt in her own body.

A skilled clinician can reach past symptoms and find the thread that pulls everything else together.

That experience stayed with her. She completed her BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, then her Master in Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) — with musculoskeletal rehabilitation as her clinical focus. Dry needling became the discipline she returned to again and again, because of its precision and its ability to unlock things other approaches miss.

She completed GEMt Level 3 (Advanced Dry Needling) in November 2019, trained directly by Robert De Nardis, GEMt’s Director & Principal Presenter. She has been practising dry needling since 2018. Today she brings that same attentiveness to every patient at Pinpoint — practising since 2017. The goal is always the same: understand what's really happening, explain it clearly, and help you move through it well.

02How she works

Treatment philosophy.

Three principles that shape every session. Short enough to remember; specific enough to hold a clinician accountable.

01

Find the root cause

Pain is a signal, not the problem. Felicia's assessments trace movement patterns, posture, and history — so the treatment targets what's actually driving your pain.

02

Explain everything

You leave every session understanding your body better. Education is part of treatment, not an afterthought — when you understand the why, recovery sticks.

03

Personalised, hands-on care

No two patients are the same. Every session is shaped around your history, goals, and pace — never a cookie-cutter protocol.
