1. Appointment Booking

Appointments at Pinpoint Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation are booked via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only upon receiving confirmation from our physiotherapist. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments at our discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us via WhatsApp as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.

3. Professional Services Disclaimer
