Physiotherapy services in Petaling Jaya.
Eight core services, delivered one-to-one by Felicia.
Specialist conditions we treat in PJ.
Beyond sports injuries and back pain, Pinpoint treats a wider range of conditions that many general physio clinics in PJ do not specialise in.
Pelvic floor physiotherapy
Postpartum leaking, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse symptoms. Female physiotherapist. No referral needed from 6 weeks postpartum.
Vestibular rehabilitation
Dizziness, vertigo, and balance problems caused by inner ear dysfunction or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Evidence-based repositioning and gaze stabilisation exercises.
Dry needling
Felicia's primary specialisation. Myofascial trigger point release for chronic muscle pain, tension headaches, sports recovery, and office syndrome. Assessment-first, every session.
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Phased recovery protocols after ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, knee or hip replacement, spinal surgery, and more. Coordinated with your surgeon's clearance milestones.
What makes Pinpoint different in PJ.
Three reasons this clinic has regular patients from across PJ.
Musculoskeletal focus, not generalist
Felicia holds a Master in Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation (HVL), has completed GEMt Level 3 (Advanced Dry Needling) training, and has been practising since 2017. Dry needling is her primary specialisation — not a side offering. Every session is assessment-first, not protocol-first.
No referral. No waiting list.
Book directly via WhatsApp and receive a response the same day. There are no forms, no GP letters, and no multi-week waits. Most patients can be seen within a few days.
A clinic that explains everything
At Pinpoint, you leave every session knowing what's wrong, why it happened, and how it's being fixed. Patient education is built into treatment — because understanding your condition is part of recovering from it.

This depends on your condition, how long you have had it, and your response to treatment. Acute injuries typically resolve in 3–6 sessions. Chronic conditions or post-surgical rehabilitation may require 8–12 sessions or more. After your first assessment, Felicia will give you a realistic estimate.
Bring any relevant imaging you have — MRI, X-ray, or ultrasound reports — helpful but not required. Wear or bring comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated. If you have a specialist referral letter, bring that too. No other paperwork is required.
